Hi Pete, yes agreed with the others.
It's WAD Kit34, nicely built, but trace those toggle switch wires carefully and see what they're for.
Those miniture toggles may not be rated for 500V if they are UL/Triode change over switches but the wires don't seem to go where I'd expect.
The amp is UL as standard and pretty sweet anyway (I had one 20 years ago, they came out in 2001).
