Yup (sort of). Terry Cain published his original BIB article on James's Single Driver site, based on a Fostex design, which was based on Voigt's original concept. Some people dismissed it out of hand for a while, but things have really taken off over the last couple of years, with loads being built across the world. It's a ludicrously effective alignment -I'm planning a new pair for when the weather improves.
