The difference between you and me was that your good ideas came before the build!!

I think it's time we had a tips thread to pull all these good ideas together in one area for future builders, it is easy to miss out if the tips are spread out over several posts over several threads.

Any idea how to go about this?

Hi Richard,

Yes I agree. Maybe a publication of individual spec as you did on the old WAD site when you built and developed KiT/Kat88. For me that was enormously helpful particularly at a time when I was learning about everything. This could really assist others new to the hobby, have taken the plunge and built the kit and now wonder about the tweak and upgrade path.
