kel 34 printed circuit board

Have built Kit 88 years ago and use now and again!! Daily use Stereo 20!!Leak
In my spares box have found above and also have 4x Sovtek el34 .May "have a go"!
So looking for info on circuit board/I may have other info somewhere from Hi Fi World mags.

Any help much appreciated.Thanks John who goes back so crystal set construction.
