Default HB1's ?

hi
any clues on these?
Supposed to be Heybrook Hb1, with Dynatron label on them

Cabinets not the right shape.

Neither is the baffle design, which in the case of the HB1 was speaker foam, then later standard Hifi wood frame with stretched cloth (not as good as the foam grille).

HB1's did not have a detacheable baffle.

The crossover was at the top of the back of the cab's on HB1.

The drivers do not look right either!

Apart from those minor details spot on!

I saw these as well, and was a little puzzled. (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Heybrook). They are definitely Dynatrons, probably from an early seventies music centre, and have nothing whatsoever to do with Heybrook. I assume that the seller is just trying to attract the punters.

When I sell my car, I shall advertise it as a Ferrari 308, but I'll be careful to put in a picture of the Rover badge on the back...

Hi,
just had this from the seller:

Hi, as my description said I dont know much about the speakers. It has Heybrook on the back where the wires plug in ,so I assume the "engine" (Im no expert)is by Haybrook .Hope this helps.

Possibly the two at the back are Heybrook bits in cabs made to match the Dynatron furniture.

Yes, someone has fitted the terminal plates at a later date. They remain a lowly pair of Dynatron speakers.
