300B PSE Signal Path for Cap Orientation
The Audio Note cap I'm installing in my 300B PSE c2 position is recommended to be oriented a certain way:
"the Audio Noteā¢ sound the best when the start of the foil is "facing" the incoming signal" - so am I correct in concluding that the line on the cap (associated with the black lead) or "beginning" of the foil should be soldered to L17 on the Tag board? Hopefully this question is clear (at least to those familiar with the 300B PSE. Thanks, Mike |

Re: 300B PSE Signal Path for Cap Orientation
Hi Mike, Yes that's how I read it (my instructions say L17 is to Pin 5 V2, it should say V1 of course).
(Also reminded me about something else, will post on the bi-amp thread.) |
