Default Melody Gardot

This album, 'My One and Only Thrill' is truly stunning. It is sensual and emotive with some beautiful instruments being played beautifully. Her voice is to die for with the whole thing being a gorgeous musical package. I guess I liked it...!
One problem... It is on vinyl and there is some surface noise.

Thanks Shaun/Al. Sounds like I will have to investigate this one.

Cheers,

And suggestion of a digital version is where I come in.

If you would like to hear and own Melody Gardot in multi-channel, high resolution audio (SACD, DVD-A or Studio Master downloadable files) then I have a couple of things you might like.

My personal site at

http://www.ramms.myby.co.uk

And my Unofficial Fan Site on facebook group page at

http://www.tinyurls.co.uk/K23168

I am probably Melody's biggest fan (being over 20 stone's ) and I haven't been able to remove her CDs from my playlists since I received them. So much so that I now need to hear them properly.

It's true that Melody's last two albums (there were 3 in all as separate albums) are available on vinyl, but I haven't heard it because I am suspicious of the source of the vinyl master - are they simply pressings of the CD masters, or are they true high res, direct from the studio recordings?

Anyway, there are loads of youtube video if you want to check out her musical talents - and being an absolutely stunning babe doesn't harm her image either!!

I adore her voice, there is something so softly creamy about it, you know? She sounds like cream cheese would sound i think!
