Default Approx. weight of WD25Ts

Does anyone happen to know their approximate weight ? Are they likely to be over 30 kg. each even with Arcena cabs ? I donŽt fancy buying some scales just to find out.

Hello,

I don't know if this applies to you but if your place of work ever sends out parcels the packing/dispatch dept. will most likely have a set of calibrated scales.

Phil.

Cheers Phil.
No, it doesnŽt apply but no hassle, IŽd guess sure they come in at nigh on 30 kilos so IŽll try some Valhalla Technology squidgy blocks under them instead of spikes. Just to see the difference.

If it's different sound you are after Van. then I would recommend a solid steel base, about 30mm thick instead of the wood base, 50mm if you could afford to have it made. Just as a test you could try putting solid concrete blocks on the top to get some sort of idea, squidgy things under them will make the sound woolly. BOB

Just take a look at the member list Philip, that will tell all, at the very worst way he could have said something, if it was only no. BOB
